Area Parks, Marinas & Recreation Centers

Pinellas County, the area where Clearwater Beach is located, is home to many city, county and state parks.  At first glance, judging by the dense development surrounding them, these parks would seem to be small and insignifcant.  However that could not be farther from the truth.  Inside these parks you will find an oasis of untouched, pristine beauty referred to by locals as "old Florida".  We would highly recommend you plan a trip to at least one of these destinations during your stay.  Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Park are two of the closest to our slice of paradise and are within a 20 minute trip by car.

Browse local parks via our interactive map below or scroll through the list just a little further down the page.  You can even get driving directions directly through the interative map and find quick info, like hours or if there is a fee to enter the park.
